David Brown was born in Gloucester, Massachusetts, USA. He was a longtime guitarist with Billy Joel, worked together with Paul McCartney, Phoebe Snow, Dr. John, Peter, Paul & Mary, Julian Lennon, Graham Parker, Bob James, Garland Jefferies, among many others.
